To develop your personnel’s skills, we work with you to map out the skills you need and put together a training package based on those needs. The Engineering Academy service is produced in cooperation by TAKK, Tredu and companies in the HR sector. In addition, we are in constant dialogue with companies in the industry to promote its attractiveness and offer companies relevant training packages.
